Meet Jeremy Golding, an INSEAD MBA '89J alum whose commitment to fostering diversity and opportunity echoes the very essence of our institution's values. Through the establishment of the Jeremy Golding MBA '89J Endowed MBA Scholarship Fund, Jeremy champions the vision of a vibrant and inclusive community at INSEAD.

In a interview conducted during the Scholars and Donors Event organized in Fontainebleau in October 2023, Jeremy shares his motivation for giving back to INSEAD, particularly focusing on talented people from Africa. Having experienced first-hand the transformative power of education and opportunity over three decades ago, Jeremy recognizes the profound impact that access to education can have on individuals and their communities.

For Jeremy, life unfolds in three phases: learn, earn, and return. Now, as he stands in the 'return' phase, Jeremy feels privileged to extend a helping hand to those who aspire to follow in his footsteps. He doesn't just provide financial support; he forms lasting connections with the students he supports, guiding and mentoring them along their journey.
