We all hope to leave the world a better place than we found it. We ask you to entrust INSEAD to be the steward of your legacy. Together, we can make a lasting difference.

We all want to be connected beyond our own lifetimes with the values, causes and institutions we believe in. But it can be difficult to find a way to make a difference in the world that is truly impactful and long-lasting. Increasingly, alumni are choosing to leave a legacy to INSEAD.
Here’s how Legacy Giving works:
Join the Doriot Society and be recognised today for your future gift.
Empower INSEAD by ensuring that its legacy of success continues to make an impact far into the future.
Legacy gifts made to INSEAD may be eligible for significant tax benefits in many countries.
Legacy donors give towards towards many different opportunities at INSEAD including:
To discuss how to ensure that your gift is used as you wish, please contact Linda Eshel at INSEAD.
Bequests to INSEAD are eligible for tax relief in jurisdictions where INSEAD can provide tax deductions. Depending on your circumstances, a legacy gift can help to offset taxes on your estate, and not take anything away from your heirs.
Everyone’s circumstances are different, and laws change from time to time. A financial or legal advisor can give you the best advice for your particular situation and how to structure your gift to the benefit of your estate.
We’d like to thank you. We know that a bequest to INSEAD reflects both your values and the place INSEAD has in your personal history and we wish to honour the compliment paid to us.
While gift vehicles can vary from country to country, alumni can choose to give a fixed sum, a percentage of their estate, name INSEAD as a beneficiary of an investment account or life assurance account or leave a gift of property, shares or other securities.
“I wanted to leave a legacy gift for INSEAD because I wanted to make an impact on the future success of this great school. The gift expresses my gratitude to the school, the people who built it and those who shape it every day. With my family, I discussed the future and how our contributions could make it better: we consider philanthropy and business to be a 'force for good' just like INSEAD is. Receive without forgetting - give without remembering.”
“INSEAD has been part of our lives for more than 60 years. The very concept of INSEAD, educating leaders to promote peace and prosperity through business, is more relevant with every passing year. We are proud of what INSEAD has become and are confident that INSEAD will continue to be a global leader in management education. Supporting INSEAD's future through a legacy commitment is an enduring way to declare our belief in its values and mission.”
“I chose to make a legacy gift as I wanted an enduring expression of my fondness and high regard for the school and my fellow alumni, and to contribute towards INSEAD's continued success in the future.”
"I believe education can address the world’s great challenges, from inequalities and the environment to threats on democracy. So why wait to make a legacy gift when I am 100% sure of the impact? A legacy is your message to the future. It incapsulates what is meaningful to you, and to tomorrow’s generations."

While all gifts are welcome, the Singapore Government mandates that only gifts to the Singapore Scholarship Fund (MBA, EMBA, TIEMBA, MIM, etc.) to Singapore citizens and permanent residents, qualify for a 250% tax benefit.
While you can donate to any designation, including scholarships (other than Singapore Scholarship Fund), gifts to these designations will not qualify for a tax benefit under current Singapore regulations.
As we are unable to issue refunds for gifts, please review the selection of your gift designation carefully.
