MBA’14D Class Gift

In June 2024, our class, MBA'14D will be returning to campus to celebrate 10-years since we graduated! As we reflect on our time at INSEAD and the bonds we formed during our MBA journey, we also remember those who are no longer with us. Since graduating, we have lost two classmates and friends, Nicolas Godin and Ian Napier.

While each of us have chosen to remember Nicolas and Ian in our own way, a group of MBA’14D classmates are coming together to create a tribute to their memory. We are excited to launch a fundraising initiative to name an MBA'14D memorial garden to honour Nicolas and Ian, and to contribute to their legacy through INSEAD.

Our goal is to raise €50,000 for our 10-year reunion fundraising project, and we invite you to be a part of this meaningful endeavour. The memorial garden will be situated next to the newly renovated Euro-Asia Centre, providing a serene space for reflection and remembrance. Beyond serving as a memorial, the garden will contribute to the overall beauty of the school environment with the tranquillity of its Japanese-inspired design. 

Your contribution will allow us to name the garden in memory of Nicolas and Ian. Our class gift will support ongoing upkeep and maintenance allowing INSEAD facilities to truly match the vibrant learning community within. While all gifts are welcome, the Singapore Government mandates that only gifts to the Singapore Scholarship Fund (MBA, EMBA, TIEMBA, MIM, etc.) to Singapore citizens and permanent residents, qualify for a 250% tax benefit.

While you can donate to any designation, including scholarships (other than Singapore Scholarship Fund), gifts to these designations will not qualify for a tax benefit under current Singapore regulations.
