Simonet and Hans Van der Wind MBA’93J make a generous commitment to leadership development

Simonet and Hans Van der Wind MBA’93J have made a generous commitment, via the Dean’s Innovation Fund, to the MBA programme’s personal leadership development activities. Their gift will help to enhance our MBA students’ soft skills through structured learning experiences and individual coaching.

PLDP includes personal and interpersonal tools, communication awareness and leadership-skills development. The programme introduces a set of tools and experiences to students throughout the MBA programme, allowing them an opportunity to amplify their short and long-term career success.
