There would be no INSEAD impact to report without INSEAD volunteers. My sincere gratitude goes out to every one of them.

Across organisations — the INSEAD Alumni Fund, Young Alumni Initiative, reunion and class volunteers, alumni associations, and clubs — 528 individuals stepped up as fundraising volunteers in 2020/2021. Especially active for Giving Day, these fundraising ambassadors connected with their peers to convey the value of investing in INSEAD as a force for good in a complex world. Their dedication was particularly meaningful at a time when so many were re-examining philanthropic priorities in light of a global pandemic.

As we celebrate the impact of alumni giving in 2021, we honour the volunteers who made INSEAD — its mission, its students and faculty, and its future — a personal priority. Below, a few volunteers explain why they choose to give their time, energy, and resources to our growing global community. We deeply value their perspectives — and their generosity.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Nida Januskis, Associate Dean of Advancement
